HOA LANDSCAPING

• Spring Cleanup: accumulated debris and leaves of all turf and bed areas
• Irrigation/Sprinkler System Turn on & Startup which also includes adjusting all sprinkler heads on startup
• Weekly lawn mowing, edge trimming, and grass collection
• Tree & Shrub trimming 3 times during the year: Spring, Early Fall, Late Fall
• Natural wood chip ground cover replenished 1/3 of beds yearly
• 3 fertilizer applications/service
• 2 weed control applications/service
• 1 insect control applications/service
• Fall Cleanup of perennial debris and leaves
• Sprinkler pipe repairs in Common Area
• Irrigation/Sprinkler System blowout, winterization, & shut down for Common Area
• Emergency Pipe & Sprinkler Repair in Common Area

SNOW REMOVAL

• All roads, sidewalks, and parking will be cleared of snow after snowfall ends
• Snow Removal begins at the depth of 2 inches
• Ice melt used around clubhouse door and sidewalks
• Ice melt on community sidewalks when needed
