Reinvestment Fee is .5% of sale price
New Buyer/Owner should receive at closing at least: 2 key fobs for gate access, 2 white key cards for clubhouse access, mailbox key & mailbox #
New Buyer/Owner key card and remotes will not be activated for clubhouse and gates until a HOA account is set up, which can be done in person at the HOA office located to the North side of the clubhouse, via email/text, or filling out the form at the link below.
