Here’s what you need to know if you’re a homeowner or real estate agent for a property in Cobblestone HOA.

- Request and obtain all necessary HOA documents, click here for more info https://commerce.utah.gov/2026/01/07/how-do-i-get-those-hoa-documents/

- Check out the website for HOA documents to provide to agent or buyer (Newsletters, HOA Meeting Minutes, CC&R, and Financial Statements) http://www.cobblestoneatspringcreek.org

- Obtain permission for “For Sale” signs you want to display

- Email or text the office with what size signs and location of where you want to put them

-All For Sale signs need to be no larger than the size of a yard sign, no large signs with poles that put holes in the yard or landscaping as these can damage sprinkler lines.

-Please update all your keycards and remotes with the HOA office before closing. Seller should provide buyer with at least 2 gate remotes and 2 keycards.

-Buyer key card and remotes will not be activated for clubhouse and gates until a HOA account is set up, which can be done in the HOA office located to the North side of the clubhouse or contact via email/text.

- We recommend including the HOA website in your MLS listing
